  We visited Tesco New Road Worthing Superstore. Beth couldn't have been more helpful, went through our purchase with great professionalism so very satisfied. What is more the O2 signal at our location is better than any others.

  Worst phone company ever been messed around by them for over a month now and still going makes leaving them impossible if you ask to be put through to a manager they say no and then make excuses like they’ll just say what I’m saying to you and then if you insist on speaking to a manager they end the call so very unprofessional and too much trouble than what they are worth also network coverage in West Sussex is so bad and power lines always down but you don’t get money off of your bill even if it takes 48+ hours. For them to be up and running again so wouldn’t recommend really and also the customer service people are not trained to deal with special needs and mental health or hard of hearing so quite bad for people with any of those they speak so fast then refuse to repeat if you misheard anything or didn’t hear what they said and if you ask them to slow down talking they go to the extreme of saying words extremely slow and long space between each word as if they’re making fun of you even after saying just talk like you’re having a normal conversation they say look you asked me to talk slower as you wasn’t catching g what I was saying I slowed down now you’re complaining about that but it’s like there is slowing down speech and talking to someone extremely slow as if they’re have no brain think carefully before signing up and also with their insurance they don’t tell you that if you use it twice in two years it automatically gets cancelled which is stupid as when you claim on insurance you pay an excess fee which the last one I paid for was £85 for a broken screen even though phone was still usable it just had two green lines vertically down the screen so I don’t unders why they cancel your insurance if you use it twice within a certain amount of time when you pay to get phone fixed or replaced anyway which costs more than your paying for the phone bill and insurance anyway so it’s not like they lose out so it’s bad not recommended hopefully manage to get rid of them tomorrow as long as my new contract provider manages to sort out switching my number fingers crossed or I’m stuck with them till 22nd November to get a new PAC code from them which my new provider has said the one they gave me is faulty but Tesco are adamant it’s not and it’s my new provider making mistakes so they wont take accountability for their mistakes either totally useless overpriced rubbish service provider

  Always use tesco holmbush and great place for anything anyone would want and tesco express in chaple road is excellent place open all hours and staff fantastic always helpful
